Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website and commercial transactions with Nexelta Construction & Supply Ltd.. By accessing our platform, placing a material supply order, or entering into a civil contracting agreement, you agree to be legally bound by these terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our web services or executing commercial supply inquiries through this platform.
Quotations & Price Locking
Quote Validity Period
Official rate cards and custom quotations issued by Nexelta remain valid for the exact duration stated on the quotation document (typically 7 to 14 business days).
Commodity Price Locking
Due to market volatility in raw steel (500W TMT), cement, and boulder stone import tariffs, prices are locked only upon formal agreement execution and initial advance payment receipt.
Delivery & Site Logistics
- Site Accessibility: Clients must ensure that destination construction sites have suitable access roads for heavy dump trucks (10-wheeler / 14-wheeler) or waterway river ghats for barge unloading.
- Quantity Signoff: Offloading measurements (CFT for sand/stone, MT for steel rods) must be verified and signed off by the client's site representative upon arrival.
Quality Testing & Inspection
Nexelta materials (Sylhet Sand FM 2.5-3.0, Crushed Boulders, 500W Rebar) comply with BUET and BSTI standards. Inspection and sampling must occur prior to unloading. In case of quality disputes, independent BUET lab testing will serve as the final technical benchmark.
Payment & Settlement Terms
Payment Methods
Account payee cheque, BEFTN/NPSB bank transfer, or irrevocable LC (Letter of Credit) issued by approved commercial banks in Bangladesh.
Credit Terms
Corporate credit lines are extended exclusively to pre-approved government contractors and established developers under signed master agreements.
Limitation of Liability & Force Majeure
Nexelta is not liable for transport delays resulting from Force Majeure events including severe weather cyclones, river channel siltation, major highway blockades, or national strikes beyond reasonable operational control.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any commercial agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be subject to amicable negotiation, failing which jurisdiction lies with the competent courts in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
